This month we are excited to host a beer lunch in collaboration with our friends and importers, Beattie & Roberts, and 3 Fonteinen.
Operating since the 19th century as a lambic blender, it was in 1998 that 3 Fonteinen started producing their own beers, and is today one of the few lambic brewers remaining.
Native to the Zenne region of Belgium, lambic beers, akin to the wines we love, undergo a traditional, hands-off spontaneous fermentation that allows for a complex and broad spectrum of unexpected aromas to develop. A process involving mastery and, since many of these blends are left to mature for several years, patience.
Join 3 Fonteinen’s co-owner Werner van Obberghen in the dining room La Cachette for an intimate lunch, featuring a selection of rare and old beers from this iconic brewery, alongside a special menu by chef Seb Myers.
Please note that we cannot accommodate for dietaries during this lunch.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
