For our next guest chef collaboration, we have invited to join our kitchen António Galapito of Lisbon’s restaurant Prado.
Working alongside local suppliers, António draws on international influences and the traditional cuisine of Portugal to create seasonal dishes that celebrate the best regional produce from the sea and land.
Originally from Portugal, after working in London for a decade, Antonio returned to Lisbon to open Prado in 2017. He’s now back in the UK for two nights only to cook alongside good friend and Planque chef, Seb Myers.
Join us for a dinner to discover the sun-kissed flavours of Portugal, with a selection of special bottles and magnums available by the glass.
The menu will be a set, priced at £85 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
Please note that due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate dietaries.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
