This month we are excited to welcome to our kitchen chef George Tomlin, the creative mind behind restaurant and wine bar Silex. With a philosophy that marries thoughtfully sourced ingredients and artisanal wine, Silex has quickly become one of Zurich’s favourite destinations. But this shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Tomlin’s style in the kitchen has continued to evolve since his early days as a chef, winning him accolades no matter where he goes. From Melbourne to Switzerland, via London’s Clove Club and Hackney’s favourite, P.Franco, Tomlin’s dishes have wowed audiences far and near.
Join us for a dinner to celebrate summer’s best produce, alongside a selection from our cellar of some favourite wines for the season.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
