Collaboration: Maxime Laurenson

This October we travel to France’s gastronomic capital, Lyon. And, for the first time as part of our guest collaboration series, we have invited a French Michelin starred chef to cook at Planque, Maxime Laurenson of restaurant Rustique.

A native of the Auverge-Rhône-Alpes region, Maxime’s cuisine brings together his skills, gained cooking in prestigious kitchens, and the best ingredients the season has to offer. The menus at Rustique are innovative yet deeply rooted in this terroir, where culinary traditions are passed down through generations.

Join us for a unique dinner and experience in London the true Gastronomie Lyonnaise by one of its rising stars.

The menu will be a set, priced at £85 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 9:00pm.
