Building on the success of last year's event, we are thrilled to once again celebrate the Chinese New Year. Conjuring up a festive menu for the evening is friend of Planque, chef John Javier.
We’ve been captivated by Javier’s work for years, a result of the chef’s creativity and diverse experience working at some of the world’s finest restaurants. His resume includes iconic Quay and Momofuku Seiobo in Sydney, Noma in Copenhagen, Happy Paradise in Hong Kong and now The Tent, in Fitzrovia.
For one night only Javier is reviving Master, the project launched in Sydney offering a modern take on Chinese cuisine. Prepare for an evening brimming with mouth-watering flavours and dishes such as scallop silks in XO sauce, hand-picked crab with black pepper rice and more.
Join us as we embark on an exciting feast to celebrate the Year of the Dragon, alongside a special selection of bottles and magnums from our cellar.
The menu will be a set, priced at £88 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 9:30pm.
Please note that due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate dietaries.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
