Sangiovese is Italy’s most widespread variety, and thanks to its versatility, equally at home in everyday table wines and cellar-worthy bottles.
For this tasting, we travel to Emilia-Romagna and Toscana to meet the growers that are harnessing the potential of the beloved grape to capture the beauty of their regions.
With a profound awareness of their impact on the health of the land, they work in harmony with the environment, contributing to the well-being of these vineyards for generations to come.
Join our head sommelier James Lewis in the dining room La Cachette to discover different expressions of Sangiovese, alongside snacks from the kitchen.
