Following in the footsteps of Mark Angeli, today a growing number of winemakers in Anjou has shifted their focus from sweet, botrytised wines to dry whites made from the Chenin grape.
Motivated by quality at each step, their holistic and collaborative approach to winemaking is what allows them to work with the best fruit possible, resulting in wines of incredible finesse and depth.
Join our head sommelier James Lewis in the private dining room La Cachette, to discover the growers we turn to for exceptional Chenin in Anjou, alongside snacks from the kitchen.
