Piedmont, sandwiched between the Alps, the Mediterranean and the Po river valley, thanks to its access to amazing produce, and a culinary tradition dating back centuries, is nothing short of a gastronomic heaven.
As part of this month’s program of events dedicated to the region, we have teamed up with Gaia Enria, the founder and head-sfoglina of Shoreditch favourite pastificio, and home of all things fresh pasta, Burro e Salvia.
Gaia, who is originally from Turin, has put together, alongside our chef Seb Myers, a menu celebrating some of Piedmont’s most iconic dishes, from Tajarin and Agnolotti, to Ravioli del Plin, and many more.
Join us for a lunch to explore the Piedmontese tradition from the table to the cellar, with a selection of special bottles and magnums available by the glass.
The menu will be a set, priced at £65 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
Please note that due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate dietaries.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
