For our next guest chef collaboration dinner we are thrilled to welcome to our kitchen Sean Gray, former executive chef and co-owner of Michelin-starred restaurant Momofuku Ko, in New York City.
Gray’s dishes at Momofuku drew inspiration from global cuisines, while invoking the familiar flavours of the American tradition.
After captivating diners for nearly 15 years in the East Village, in 2021 Gray made a significant decision. He chose to move closer to the land and start a new chapter, setting up a farm and kitchen in Hunterdon County, New Jersey.
Join us for this exceptional opportunity to enjoy Sean Gray’s vision of contemporary American food, alongside a special selection of bottles and magnums from our cellar.
The menu will be a set, priced at £115 per person, with beverages charged additionally. Seatings will be available from 6:00 to 8:30pm.
Please note that due to the nature of this event, we will not be able to accommodate dietaries.
Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
