Tasting: Neutral Wines I

The Valais, one of the eight Swiss cantons found in the Alps, produces wines that are anything but neutral. 

Join us in the private dining room La Cachette for a tasting focussed on some of the region’s cult producers and their take on its native and non-native grapes.

Expect lively conversations led by head sommelier James Lewis around a selection of wines from our cellar and snacks provided by the kitchen.
