This December, we celebrate Chartreuse, one of France’s most popular yet polarizing drinks. While many are captivated by its allure, others find its sharp, vegetal flavours overwhelming.
Created within the confines of a monastery near the city of Grenoble, this iconic herbal liqueur is made from a blend of 130 herbs and botanicals. The culmination of centuries of perfecting, its secret recipe has evolved into a timeless elixir of life.
This event offers the opportunity of enjoying side-by-side a selection of rare and older cuvées, while exploring the alchemy between Chartreuse and food.
Join us for a dinner to discover the secrets of this traditional French liqueur, alongside a special menu by our chef Seb Myers.
Please note that we cannot accommodate for dietaries during these dinners.
