We’re thrilled to announce our very first tasting dedicated to the wines of Alsace and its emerging talents.
Sheltered by the Vosges mountains which offer a shield from Atlantic influences, Alsace enjoys a unique microclimate. And with minimal rainfall year-round, the dry environment enables growers to embrace less invasive agricultural practices.
While white wines make up most of the production, this tasting also features a selection of the region's finest reds.
Join our head sommelier James Lewis in the dining room La Cachette to discover some of the most influential growers in Alsace, alongside a selection of snacks from our kitchen.
The Wines:
Achillée Riesling Scherwiller 2021
Beck-Hartweg Bungertal 2022
Jintaro Yura Riesling 2022
Jean-Pierre Rietsch Pinot Noir Stierkopf 2020
Catherine Riss T’as pas du Schiste 2019
