Jean-François Ganevat’s wines are some of the most sought-after in the Jura and for many good reasons. Every year, the domain’s meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar results in an incredibly wide and eclectic range of cuvées.
Jean-François took over the family vineyards in 1998, after training as a winemaker in Beaune. Working in Burgundy had a great influence on his future as a vigneron, leading him to break away form the tradition for which the Jura is so renowned, oxidative wines.
Topping up the barrels since the very beginning and experimenting with different types of containers in the cellar, are some of the reasons that give Ganevat’s wines such a distinct character.
Join us in our private dining room La Cachette, for a tasting hosted by our sommelier James, with the unique opportunity of enjoying side by side different vintages and cuvées from this incredible domain, with snacks provided by the kitchen.
