While it’s true that we enjoy drinking rosé all year round, it’s at the peak of summer that resisting its charm becomes almost impossible. From afternoon drinks to long nights around the table, we turn to its intoxicating aromas to uplift, set a mood, and mark the shifting of seasons.
Despite what marketing teams have induced consumers to believe, rosé is more complex than it seems, coming in as many nuances as there are combinations of terroirs, grapes and styles of vinification. For this tasting we've selected iconic rosés by some favourite winemakers from the Loire to the South of Italy via, of course, Provence.
Join us in the dining room La Cachette to explore different and exciting iterations of this summer cooler we never tire of.
