Last May, for our guest chef collaboration we invited to join our kitchen António Galapito of Lisbon’s restaurant Prado. Originally from Portugal, after working in London for a decade, Antonio returned to Lisbon to open Prado in 2017.
Working alongside local suppliers, António draws on international influences and the traditional cuisine of Portugal to create seasonal dishes that celebrate the best regional produce from the sea and land.
After the event, we sat with António to talk about wine.

Starting from this summer our opening times are changing. From Tuesday 1st August onwards, our restaurant will be open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, and for lunch on Saturday as usual.
Our last day open before the holidays is Saturday 5th August. We will be back as usual from Tuesday 15th August.
